タイトル: 小学校家庭科と関連させた「総合的な学習の時間」の構築 : 草木染めの教材化

抄録: 草木染めを教材とし，小学校家庭科と「総合的な学習の時間」を関連させた授業の構築を試みた。教材化に先立ち，染材料や染色方法についての検討，染色物の堅牢性の確認，並びに模様染めや生活に役立つ物の試作を行った。その結果，マリーゴールドおよび玉ねぎで染色し，さらに媒染を行う方法が適切であることがわかった。また，輪ゴムや割り箸による細工や豆乳による前処理をすれば，短時間で簡単に模様がつくれることがわかった。これらの結果をもとに，授業案を提案した。; Dyeing with natural dyes was used as teaching material for the "Period for Integrated Study" to integrate homemaking education into elementary school teaching. Dyes, dyeing method, and dye durability were preliminarily examined. Design dyeing and the creation of everyday items from dyed fabric were also attempted. As a result, it was found that after dyeing with marigold and onion, mordanting might be suitable for teaching materials. Tie-dye with a rubber band or chopsticks and pretreatment by soy milk were used to make pattern quickly. Finally, a lesson proposal for the "Period for Integrated Study" regarding homemaking education was offered.
